Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Sales Manager located in Gorakhpur. The Unit Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales advisors, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting and training sales advisors, conducting regular team meetings, and monitoring sales performance. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and reporting to higher management on progress and sales metrics.
Qualifications
