Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and potential customers.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is typically required. An MBA may be preferred.
  • Experience: 15 years of experience in PVC PIPE sales management or a similar role is often necessary.
  • Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills are essential for managing and motivating a team.
  • Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor information is crucial for informed decision-making.
  • Customer Focus: A commitment to excellent customer service and satisfaction is expected.
  • Other: Flexibility to travel within the designated sales territory and strong negotiation skills are often beneficial.
