Role & responsibilities
- Divisional Manager will handle 1 BM unit + 1 Direct Unit of 8 RDMs.
- Able to Recruit, Coach and enhance productivity of Team
- Result oriented and drive top line of the unit as per budget
- Distribution Development recruitment, activation and nurturing of LA/Advisors
- Implement business hygiene & rigorously focus on skill building of team
- Collaborate with other support functions to ensure seamless business operations
- Believe in customer centricity and act as an ambassador of KLI
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate with min 10 years of experience in Agency Sales (5+ years in Men Management)
- MBA or certification from III would be preferred
- Good in Men Management and able to drive team towards organization goal
- Learning agile
- Good in collaborating with other functions
- Able to maintain Sales Discipline
- Should have drive for result
- Good in domain knowledge and market understanding
