Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Chennai. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. Day-to-day tasks include market research, client communication, negotiating contracts, and developing strategies to drive sales growth. The role requires strong networking skills to build lasting professional relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Experience3–7 years
in Business Development (BD) / Sales, specifically within the
API, Pharma, or Nutraceuticals
sectors. Proven track record in B2B sales and client acquisition is required. - EducationRequired:
B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Life Sciences / Biotech / Chemistry. - Preferred:
MBA (Marketing/Business). - Key SkillsIndustry Knowledge:
API, Pharma & Nutraceuticals, Regulatory & compliance awareness.
BD Skills:
Client acquisition & relationship management, strong communication & negotiation, target-driven & analytical mindset.
Tools:
