Key Responsibilities

  • Lead distribution and logistics operations for the assigned zone.
  • Ensure timely dispatches, high service levels, and minimal stock-outs.
  • Control transportation and warehousing costs within approved budgets.
  • Manage inventory accuracy and streamline the movement of slow/non-moving stock.
  • Oversee 3PL and transport vendor performance to improve efficiency.
  • Implement WMS and other process improvement initiatives (Kaizen, ATQM).
  • Build and mentor a capable regional logistics team.

Candidate Profile

  • 10-15 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation management.
  • Exposure to FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Manufacturing sectors preferred.
  • Proficient in SAP, WMS, and Transport Management Systems (TMS).
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
