Business Development Consultant

Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential IT/Tech clients who require recruitment services.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
- Present and promote our recruitment services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the recruitment or IT/Tech sector.
- Existing network of active, billable IT/Tech clients.
- Strong understanding of the IT/Tech industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Compensation:
- Competitive flat fee or commission-based structure, depending on your preference and experience.
