As a part of Fox Energy, a rapidly growing provider of sustainable solar captive plants, your role will involve identifying and pursuing opportunities in solar projects for industrial & commercial clients. You will be responsible for generating leads through networking, market research, and industry connections. Additionally, you will develop customized proposals, business models, and financial structures for clients. Your responsibilities will also include managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Building long-term relationships with CXOs & decision-makers in target companies will be crucial. You will be expected to achieve revenue targets by successfully closing large-scale captive solar projects. To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of captive solar project sales, open access, and regulatory framework. A proven track record in B2B/Industrial sales within the renewable energy sector is essential. Your negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management skills will be put to the test. Moreover, your business acumen with the ability to structure complex commercial deals will be invaluable. Effective leadership and team management capabilities are also key. In terms of qualifications, an MBA (Marketing/Business Development) or B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical/Equivalent) is required. You should have a minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience in sales & marketing of industrial solar projects. Preference will be given to candidates local to Rajkot.
