+ Job Responsibilities

The overall purpose is to manage end to end sales & business development across business verticals in

assigned geography. The company intends to grow business in Institutional Catering, Industrial Catering

and Cafeteria services that are offered to the corporates in India. People with relevant sales, business

development and client acquisition experience in similar business may apply. The experience only in

allied sectors like Hospitality, Hotels or Facility management may suit.

Positions are available at Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Pune

+ Key Responsibilities

Responsible for developing new business through market scouting, networking, connecting with cold

prospects and by effective funnel management.

Must follow the market intelligence, capture information about the competition and identify prospects,

build pipeline for contract catering and banqueting sales.

Working closely cross functionally team during RFP submission, proposals till operational integration.

Prospecting through data mining, Cold Contacting, meeting scheduling with prospective clients on daily

basis to meet monthly and quarterly target would be essential.

Regular meetings with existing clients for strengthening relationship & cultivating organic growth

opportunities.

Ensuring daily food services /Banqueting sales, contracts are signed after proper due diligence and

adhering to approval matrix/ set processes.

Being SPOC for clients and Elior for pre & post sales issues/escalations.

Ensuring 2/24 practices (response within 2 hours and resolutions in 24 hours) for any

queries/communication from clients.

Must understand funnel management and conversion strategies.

Nurture a passion for sales and able to chase targets

+ Skills & Competence

Communication Skills: Good communication skill, should be able to write, manage internal clients

and vendor communication. Effective storytelling ability is a success factor in this role.

Good interpersonal Team management an various stake holder management skills

Market Intelligence: understand the geographic dynamism, the competition data, scope of new

business and requirements in Food Services sector

Attention to Detail: Must be able to pay attention to the minute details on the RFPs or detailed

reports, working with technology and record issues on time with the right stakeholders

Analytical / Problem Solving Skills Governance

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IHM or related eld. MBA in Sales & Marketing

preferred.

Proven experience of minimum 8 years in Sales in Food Services, Contract Catering and Corporate

B2B sales, Hotel, Hospitality or facilities management or related industry.

Excellent client relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term

partnerships.

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective account plans aligned with

business objectives.

Analytical mindset with pro ciency in mathematics, budgeting, and data analysis.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Competitive base salary structure max 20 LPA CTC
