Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads through online platforms (LinkedIn, Clutch, Upwork, etc.)
  • Generate qualified leads for the sales pipeline through emails, calls, and outreach campaigns
  • Assist in developing and executing lead generation strategies
  • Support BD team in preparing sales presentations and proposals
  • Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate information
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and schedule meetings for senior sales staff
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is a must)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM tools
  • Understanding of IT services and B2B sales is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
