LinkedIn Lead Generation Executive

About Us:
We are a growing accounting outsourcing company that works with international clients. We are looking for a LinkedIn Lead Generation Executive to help us expand our client base through strategic LinkedIn outreach and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients or decision-makers on LinkedIn (CEOs, Founders, Partners, etc.).
- Send personalized connection requests and introductory messages.
- Maintain meaningful conversations to build relationships and generate qualified leads.
- Manage and optimize LinkedIn Sales Navigator searches.
- Maintain a daily/weekly lead generation and follow-up tracker.
- Research target industries, companies, and markets as per campaign goals.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation or LinkedIn marketing (minimum 6 months preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to craft engaging and professional messages.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and relationship building.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience generating leads for accounting, outsourcing, IT, or travel industries (a plus).
- Knowledge of automation tools like Expandi, Dripify, or LinkedIn Helper (optional but desirable).

Pay: ₹10, ₹37,705.12 per month
