Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Talent Acquisition & Admin Executive who will handle end-to-end recruitment along with general administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be good at multitasking, managing HR operations, and ensuring a smooth employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition:

  • Handle the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Post job openings on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other portals.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future roles.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage attendance, leave records, and office documentation.
  • Handle vendor coordination, office supplies, and maintenance tasks.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement and HR events.
  • Support management in daily operational activities.
  • Maintain HR files, records, and confidentiality of employee information.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in hiring for IT or service-based companies preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Basic understanding of HR software or ATS is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
