**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with drafting job descriptions and posting openings on job boards and relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruiting activities.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and facilitating orientation sessions.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster team motivation and morale.
- Track employee performance metrics and assist in developing performance improvement plans as needed.
- Conduct regular evaluations of team members’ performance and provide constructive feedback for their professional growth.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or related fields preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Passion for talent acquisition and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
