Job Description – Inside Sales Manager (SaaS & Cybersecurity | APAC/EMEA Market)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive
    lead generation and database management
    through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and events.
  • Engage prospects
    via cold calls and schedule appointments to promote the company SaaS and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Understand client needs
    and recommend suitable products/services.
  • Prepare and deliver
    sales presentations and proposals
    showcasing product value.
  • Manage client relationships
    and ensure consistent engagement.
  • Handle the
    entire sales cycle
    — from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Negotiate contracts
    and collaborate with internal teams to finalize deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
    and KPIs.
  • Take
    ownership
    of the sales process and deliver results independently.
  • Maintain
    excellent communication
    with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum
    6 years of experience in inside sales
    , including
    3+ years in a leadership role
    .
  • Strong experience in
    SaaS sales, partner management, renewals, and cybersecurity
    in the
    APAC market
    .
  • Proven success in
    cold calling, lead generation, and closing sales
    .
  • Excellent
    presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    CRM tools
    such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Self-driven and target-oriented
    , with a proven record of exceeding sales goals.
