Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist, based in Chennai. The Inside Sales Specialist will engage in day-to-day activities such as generating quality leads, managing the sales pipeline to drive revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent communication. The role involves building client/partner relationships, addressing inquiries, and working closely with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and cultivate potential opportunities.
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to build lasting client relationships and engage effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with clients and internal teams.
- Proactive approach with the ability to problem-solve and offer solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Prior experience in a SaaS or B2B sales environment is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
