We are seeking a results-driven Senior B2B Sales Manager to join our Sales & Business Development team. This is an on-site role in T. Nagar, Chennai, operating during the night shift.

Role Summary:
**
You will be instrumental in leading revenue growth across our healthcare IT services portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be to expand new business, create outbound pipelines, drive effective go-to-market strategies, and move the team beyond its dependency on inbound-only sales. This role reports to the Director of Sales or the Founder.
**
Key Responsibilities
:**
* Develop and execute a revenue roadmap with the goal of achieving a $2M annual sales target, broken down into detailed quarterly and monthly targets.
* Independently generate a robust sales pipeline through prospecting strategies, including cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, and strategic partnerships.
* Identify and penetrate untapped international geographies using data-led market research and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
* Expand existing accounts through strategic upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
* Constantly refine and evolve sales processes, playbooks, and strategies.
* Collaborate closely with the SDR, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure sales alignment and seamless execution.

Required Skills & Experience
:**
* A proven track record of successfully closing large, complex B2B service deals (valued at $100K to multi-million).
* Strong outbound sales experience; not reliant on inbound leads for pipeline generation.
* Experience expanding into new markets or successfully introducing new service lines.
* Familiarity with healthcare IT, digital health, or enterprise technology consulting is preferred.
* Strong understanding of sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the ability to manage performance using data (e.g., pipeline velocity, conversion rate, ACV).
* Experience building and refining effective sales playbooks.
* Comfortable working within long sales cycles and environments that require resilience.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
