Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Specialist who can accelerate Rejoluts growth across Blockchain and Generative AI services.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify new clients and business opportunities.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery and technical teams to structure proposals aligned with client needs.
  • Represent Rejolut as a trusted advisor to global clients exploring AI, Blockchain, and emerging tech adoption.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in business development or sales of IT services, preferably in technology consulting, digital transformation, or custom software development. (Experience in SaaS or product-based sales will not be considered.) should be able to:

  • Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach, networking, and digital channels.
  • Identify and convert high-value opportunities in Blockchain, AI, and Web3 service domains.
  • Engage directly with decision-makers (CXOs, CTOs, Founders) to present Rejoluts value proposition.
  • Draft, customize, and present proposals and RFP responses.
  • Maintain and grow a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot/Pipedrive).
  • Coordinate with delivery teams for pricing, scoping, and proposal validation.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to refine go-to-market strategies.

  • Proven track record in IT services sales (preferably project-based or staff augmentation).

  • Strong understanding of Blockchain technologies (DeFi, NFTs, Smart Contracts) and AI/Generative AI concepts.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho CRM.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting proposals and client presentations.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email prospecting, and digital lead generation.
  • Familiarity with global sales processes (U.S./Europe markets).
