Business Development Consultant (Part-Time / Project-Based)
About Us:
Boketto is a fast-growing invite-only travel community that curates exclusive trips and experiences for young, like-minded individuals. We're scaling rapidly and are looking for expert guidance to structure and grow our sales function.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Consultant who can work with our founders to design, structure, and streamline our sales team. This is a consulting/project-based role (not full-time employment), ideal for someone with strong B2C sales leadership experience who enjoys building processes, setting up systems, and mentoring teams.
Responsibilities:
• Audit our current sales approach and identify gaps/opportunities.
• Design and implement a scalable sales structure for trip sales and community expansion.
• Build sales processes, playbooks, and performance metrics.
• Recommend and guide on CRM tools, lead management, and conversion optimization.
• Mentor and train the current sales team for efficiency and higher closures.
• Work closely with the founders to align sales strategies with growth goals.
What We're Looking For:
• 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales leadership (preferably B2C, travel, lifestyle, or community-led businesses).
• Proven track record of structuring and scaling sales teams.
• Strong understanding of lead funnels, conversion strategies, and CRM usage.
• Ability to consult and deliver impact in a short-term engagement.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Engagement Type: Consulting / Project-Based (Flexible structure, not a full-time role)
Location: Hybrid (Delhi preferred but open)
