We're Hiring: Senior Business Development Consultant – Delhi (6–11 years)
Location: Delhi
Department: Business Development & Enterprise Accounts
Reports to: Regional Manager – Business Development & Enterprise Accounts
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Consultant with 6–11 years of experience in B2B sales and enterprise account management. This role demands expertise in long-cycle sales, early-stage customer engagement, and team leadership. You'll drive growth by building strong networks and managing high-value projects in the construction and allied industries.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete business development process
- Drive engagement with architects, consultants, and corporate accounts
- Mentor and guide junior team members in achieving sales targets
- Build and manage strong pipelines for enterprise accounts
- Develop strategies to expand market presence and ensure business growth
6–11 years of proven B2B sales / Business Development experience
- Demonstrated success in enterprise account management & networking
- Experience handling long-cycle sales and project specifications
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Preferred industry background: Construction, Modular Furniture, Ceilings, AV, Tiles, or other allied B2B sectors
Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Science preferred (MBA/management background a plus)
