About the Role
We're looking for a strategic, polished, and business-aligned Learning & Development leader to partner with the Head of L&D in driving the learning agenda at ANAROCK. This initial Individual Contributor role will lead capability building across North India and may gradually change to a People Management role for the L&D team. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, flawless execution, and executive
presence—someone who can design learning architectures and ensure consistent implementation across regions.
Key Responsibilities
• Helps in designing and operationalization of the Learning Architecture for ANAROCK, aligning capability-building initiatives with business priorities.
• Build learning frameworks and structured journeys for key talent segments sales consultants, managers, and leaders.
• Lead end-to-end capability initiatives across North & East zones, ensuring high quality delivery and measurable business impact.
• Partner with business and HR leaders to identify skill gaps and co-create learning interventions that drive performance.
• Champion stakeholder management and leadership engagement, representing the L&D function with credibility and influence.
• Integrate digital learning tools, LMS platforms, and blended learning approaches to scale learning impact.
• Mentor and coach the extended L&D team to ensure consistency, innovation, and delivery excellence
What We're Looking For
• 12–16 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, preferably in large or fast-paced organizations.
• Strong conceptual understanding of learning architecture, frameworks, and organizational capability development.
• Proven ability to translate learning strategy into structured execution plans.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with executive presence and polish.
• Adept at influencing senior stakeholders and aligning learning to business metrics.
• Adept at managing L&D team members.
• Exposure to digital learning ecosystems, LMS tools, and data-driven decision making.
• Highly organized, articulate, and well-read professional with a passion for learning excellence
