2–6 years experience in Learning & Development, Capability Building, OD, or Talent Development.

Primary Skill

Exposure to supporting F&A teams or functional capability development.

Experience working as an L&D generalist or associate/analyst with design + partner-facing responsibilities.

Hands-on experience supporting curriculum design, program delivery, and evaluation.

Experience working with SMEs in technical domains (preferred).

Familiarity with learning technology platforms (LMS, LXP) but not in a coordination capacity.

Exposure to global environments, shared services, or professional services is a plus.

Strong instructional design capability (storyboarding, adult learning models)

Ability to consult with stakeholders and translate needs into solutions

Good understanding of learning strategy and approaches

Demonstrated experience building capability academies or structured learning pathways for F&A functions.

Experience handling high-volume global workforce training, preferably in shared services/BPO or corporate finance setups.

Proven track record in designing functional training for F&A roles (e.g., month-end closing, financial analysis, reconciliations, budgeting & forecasting).

Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end L&D programs, including leadership development for finance managers.

Experience implementing or optimizing LMS/LXP systems and improving learner experience.

Exposure to change management during process transformation or technology rollouts (RPA, ERP upgrades, GenAI tools).

Collaboration with Finance SMEs to create learning content, competency maps, and skill measurement.

Strong F&A background (worked directly as F&A L&D partner or supported finance capability development)

Instructional Design mastery

Data-driven approach to measuring training effectiveness

Stakeholder management & consulting skills

Strong facilitation/presentation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed organization

Experience designing functional, leadership, and digital skills learning

High proficiency in LMS management and reporting

Ability to create microlearning and blended learning experiences

Understanding of compliance, audit, risk and controls in finance. Build and oversee comprehensive learning analytics dashboards to track capability development, program effectiveness, and business impact. Create high-impact executive presentations and capability insights decks using strong PowerPoint skills to influence leadership decisions and shape L&D strategy.
