Job Summary:

We are looking for an innovative and strategic Learning Experience Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of engaging learning programs that drive employee development and organizational growth. The ideal candidate will leverage instructional design principles, learning technologies, and learner feedback to create impactful learning experiences that align with business objectives and enhance skills, knowledge, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement learning strategies, programs, and content that meet organizational goals and employee development needs.
  • Lead the creation of engaging, learner-centric experiences using a variety of methods such as e-learning, workshops, blended learning, and coaching.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and translate them into actionable learning solutions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and continuously improve learning initiatives.
  • Oversee learning platforms (LMS) and ensure content is accessible, interactive, and aligned with learner needs.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the organization.
  • Stay current with industry trends, learning technologies, and instructional best practices.
  • Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and project timelines for learning initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor learning and development teams, fostering innovation and growth.
  • Ensure learning solutions are inclusive, accessible, and aligned with diversity and equity principles.
