Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Tieten Medicity Hospital, Kasarvadavali, Thane
About Us:
Tieten Medicity is a leading multi-specialty hospital committed to providing advanced healthcare services with compassion and excellence. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team and contribute to the hospital's growth and community outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to enhance hospital services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, corporates and community networks.
- Organize and coordinate doctor meetups, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education) sessions, and networking programs to strengthen professional ties.
- Coordinate with internal teams for corporate tie-ups, health camps, and wellness programs.
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to increase patient footfall.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and potential business avenues.
- Track and report business development performance and targets.
- Represent the hospital at external events, seminars, and community outreach initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in Marketing/Business Administration/Healthcare Management or any relevant field.
- 2–5 years of experience in healthcare business development, hospital marketing, or pharmaceutical sales.
- Candidates with a pharma and healthcare background will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to business growth.
