Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell the Petpooja Restaurant Billing Platform and Value-Added Services (VAS).
  • Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and market references, ensuring consistent client acquisition.
  • Conduct product demos, onboard restaurants, and drive contract sign-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant owners by offering tailored solutions to meet business needs.
  • Plan and execute local marketing activities and promotional events to increase brand visibility and referrals.
  • Handle operational tasks including reporting, process optimisation, and system improvements for efficient sales execution.
  • Provide timely updates to management on sales performance and client insights.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, demos, and visit goals through structured daily planning.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues through the escalation process.
  • Represent Petpooja as the first point of contact in the market, upholding professionalism and brand values.
