Job overview

As an Inside Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying prospects, engaging potential customers, and supporting the sales pipeline for our growing platform. You'll connect with leads through calls, emails, and online meetings, guiding them through each stage of the sales process and introducing them to the value of Qik Office.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and networking.
  2. Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate interest in Qik Office.
  3. Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule demos for the sales team.
  4. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and opportunity data.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine outreach strategies.
  6. Support follow-ups with prospects and assist in closing small to mid-level deals.
