Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Chandigarh. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include market research, prospecting, creating business proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing and development teams to align strategies. The role requires a proactive approach to understanding client needs and delivering innovative solutions.

  • Business Development, Sales, and Market Research skills
  • Proven experience in creating business proposals and negotiating contracts
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with marketing and development teams
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the technology or digital services industry is a plus
