Communication and Correspondence:

  • Facilitate clear and prompt communication between directors and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and highlighting urgent matters.

Travel Arrangements:

  • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for directors, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

  • Ensure travel itineraries are well-organized and meet directors' preferences.

Document Management:

  • Organize and maintain documents, reports, and files in a systematic and accessible manner.

  • Assist in the preparation and editing of presentations, reports, and other documents.

Confidentiality and Discretion:

  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

  • Uphold a high level of professionalism in all interactions and communications.

Task and Project Coordination:

  • Assist in coordinating tasks and projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

  • Collaborate with various departments to gather information and updates on ongoing projects.

MIS Reporting:

  • Generate and maintain MIS reports for directors, providing insights into key performance indicators and business metrics.

  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in the preparation of reports to aid decision-making.

Problem Solving:

  • Proactively identify challenges and bottlenecks in day-to-day operations and suggest solutions.

  • Anticipate potential issues and address them before they become significant problems.

Event Planning:

  • Assist in organizing company events, product launches, and other promotional activities.

  • Coordinate logistics and ensure events run smoothly.

Team Collaboration:

  • Foster positive relationships with other team members and departments.

  • Act as a liaison between directors and the rest of the team.
