Customer Relationship Manager

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, handling queries, resolving complaints, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services/products. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for client queries, feedback, and issue resolution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely support and solutions.
- Build trust and rapport with clients to enhance retention and loyalty.
- Identify client needs and propose suitable products/services.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, support) to meet customer expectations.
- Track client interactions, maintain updated records in CRM software, and prepare regular reports.
- Handle escalated issues and ensure smooth resolution.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to improve processes and services.
- Proactively engage with clients for renewals, upgrades, and referrals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Customer Relationship Manager, Client Service Executive, or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Ability to multitask, manage pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Customer-centric attitude with a proactive approach.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in [industry-specific field, e.g., financial services, IT, retail].
- Knowledge of customer success strategies and client engagement techniques.
- Analytical mindset to interpret client data and behavior
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
