  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
  • Answer questions and address concerns raised by customers.
  • Follow a script or sales pitch to ensure consistent communication.
  • Maintain a polite and professional tone during phone conversations.
  • Identify and generate leads for the sales team.
  • Update customer information and sales activities in the company's database.
  • Generate new leads through proactive outreach and relationship management
  • Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with team members and sales managers to achieve departmental goals.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and ethical standards.
  • Follow up with existing and past enquiries from the customer database to generate repeat business.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with potential clients.
  • Manage and encourage customers to submit Google reviews after service completion.
  • Maintain proper records of communications, leads, and follow-up actions in CRM tools or company systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (service, delivery, and technical departments) to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.
  • Conduct post-sales and service feedback calls to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
