Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Relationship Manager who will not only manage premium vehicle sales but also lead a team of Relationship Managers. This dual-role position combines direct sales responsibilities with team leadership, driving individual as well as team performance to meet dealership goals.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Customer Relationship Management
- Handle the complete sales process for NEXA vehicles—from lead generation to final delivery.
- Engage with high-value customers and provide personalized buying experiences.
- Conduct test drives, vehicle presentations, and explain product features and financing options.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate with internal departments (finance, insurance, accessories, and service) for smooth delivery and after-sales service.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for team members and ensure consistent performance tracking.
- Provide on-ground sales support and guidance to team members in handling customer interactions.
- Conduct regular training, reviews, and performance appraisals to improve skillsets and productivity.
- Ensure team adherence to company processes, reporting systems, and NEXA brand standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in automobile sales, preferably in premium or luxury segment.
- At least 1–2 years of team handling experience in a sales environment (auto industry preferred).
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and dealership CRM software.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for customer visits or field activities.
