Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and product awareness
  • Promote AAC Blocks, AAC Panels, and related solutions to builders, architects, contractors, and project consultants
  • Conduct market research to identify demand, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities
  • Manage social media, digital content, and basic marketing campaigns
  • Create product presentations, brochures, and marketing materials
  • Generate and nurture leads through field visits, calls, and networking
  • Coordinate with the sales and production teams for client requirements and product delivery
  • Maintain and present reports on marketing activities and lead conversion

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in Marketing/Sales (Construction Materials preferred)
  • Understanding of AAC Blocks, Panels, or building materials is an added advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use social media and tools like Canva for basic creatives
  • Self-driven, confident, and willing to travel locally as required
