We are looking for a proactive and people-driven HR professional to manage end-to-end human resource functions for Planet Muscle Performance Centre and Swasthya Academy. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations — ensuring smooth functioning across both organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage the hiring process end-to-end — from posting job openings to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.

  • Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs.

  • Performance & Attendance Management:

  • Implement appraisal systems, track attendance, leaves, and punctuality.

  • Support in defining KRAs and performance reviews.

  • HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Manage payroll coordination, documentation, and statutory compliance.

  • Maintain updated employee records and HR reports.

  • Policy & Culture:

  • Help build a strong, value-driven culture aligned with company vision.

  • Support management in developing and enforcing HR policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with recruitment platforms (e.g., Indeed, Naukri) and HR software preferred.
  • Organized, empathetic, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
