Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the organization's human capital development. This role involves handling recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records.
  • Support the performance management process, including goal setting and appraisal coordination.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and contribute to HR process improvement.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
  • Good knowledge of HR functions and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and power point

  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
