Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team at The Summit Business Bay, Andheri East. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Selection

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and consultants.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers.

2. Onboarding & Documentation

  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and contract documents.
  • Complete joining formalities and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Conduct employee inductions and ensure smooth onboarding.

3. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare and update HR dashboards, attendance reports, and monthly MIS.
  • Handle employee requests, grievance redressal, and general HR queries.

4. Payroll Coordination

  • Coordinate with the finance team for payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, and deductions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll data.

5. Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
  • Conduct feedback sessions and support employee welfare initiatives.

6. Compliance

  • Assist in statutory compliance processes (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
  • Maintain updated knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant HR experience (mandatory).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Must be an immediate joiner.
