Talent Acquisition & On-boarding
l Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
l Conduct joining formalities, documentation, and induction programs.
Employee Lifecycle Management
l Manage confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities (resignations, full & final settlement, exit interviews).
l Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.
l Maintain employee records in HRMS and physical files.
Employee Engagement & Welfare
l Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
l Provide support during company events, celebrations, and welfare initiatives.
HR Operations & Compliance
l Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
l Manage payroll inputs and coordinate with finance for timely salary processing.
l Draft HR letters (offer, appointment, increment, warning, relieving, etc.).
Performance Management & Development
l Assist in KRA/KPI setting, appraisal process, and performance improvement plans.
l Support training & development initiatives as per business needs.
Key Skills & Competenciesl Good knowledge of HR basics.
l Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
l Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
l Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.
Qualifications & Experience:l Graduate / Post Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
l 3+ years of experience in HR
l Experience in recruitment, HR operations, and compliance is preferred.
