Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Clinical Coordinator located in Hyderabad, with some work from home allowed. The Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing patient care activities, collaborating with healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with medical protocols, and conducting clinical research. Day-to-day tasks will include managing patient records, scheduling treatments, and monitoring the critical care unit to ensure consistent and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Local languages , Telugu, Urdu, Malayalam, Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Kannada
  • Strong Communication skills for interacting with patients and MBBS, MD, Nurses and Pharmacists
  • Proficient in Chronic Care, Diabetes, Cardiac, Neurology OP and Patient Care
  • Knowledgeable in Medicine and clinical protocols
  • Experience in conducting and managing Research activities
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, Pharm D, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a clinical coordinator role or similar is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid working environment
