The Opportunity: Clinic Receptionist (Full-Time, On-Site)

We are seeking a professional, organized, and friendly Clinic Receptionist to be the welcoming face and operational backbone of our Hyderabad facility. This is a full-time, on-site role crucial to ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience from the moment they contact us.

Key Responsibilities:


•
Appointment Management:
Expertly manage all appointment scheduling, registration, and follow-up processes.


•
Patient Experience:
Warmly greet and assist patients, manage patient inquiries, and ensure a comfortable and welcoming reception area.


•
Front-Desk Operations:
Efficiently handle all incoming calls, manage administrative tasks, and maintain professional front-desk operations.


•
Coordination:
Act as a key liaison, coordinating effectively with medical staff and practitioners to ensure seamless patient flow.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:


• Proven
Proficiency
in Appointment Scheduling and general Receptionist Duties.


• Strong
Phone Etiquette
and exceptional Customer Service Skills.


• Familiarity with
Medical Terminology
and Medical Office operations. Experience in
Laser Therapy, Skin and Hair care
is a significant advantage.


• Excellent organizational and
multitasking
abilities with meticulous attention to detail.


• Effective verbal and written
communication
skills.


•
Preferred
: Prior experience in a similar healthcare or clinical setting.


•
Required
: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications in office management or a related field are a plus.
