Trainee Clinical Project Coordinator (Freshers)
MakroCare is seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our team as Trainee Clinical Project Coordinators. This role is open exclusively to candidates from a Life Science background (B. Pharmacy/B.Sc Life Sciences) who have graduated in 2023, or 2024.
Key Responsibilities: · Serve as the primary management interface for single services and moderately complex studies. · Work on project specifications, provide consultation on challenging issues, engage with client representatives to address concerns on deliverables, and negotiate terms effectively with clients . · Ensure projects remain within budget by recognizing revenue for staff time spent on projects, confirming and negotiating out-of-scope activities, and implementing necessary changes.  · Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, industry guidelines, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and other regulatory requirements. · Contribute proactively to the creation, maintenance, or modification of processes and working practices. · Assist in program planning, including the development of timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.  · Support the management of clinical programs, including personnel management, development, and effective delegation of tasks.  · Coordinate with various functional groups (Finance, Clinical, Medical, Regulatory, IT, and Legal) to identify, assess, and resolve problems to ensure timely project completion.  · Effectively communicate project-related information, including planning and executing meetings and presentations. · Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the company
. Qualifications: · Fresh graduates with a background in Life Sciences (B. Pharmacy/B.Sc Life Sciences) · Only 2023 or 2024 pass-outs are eligible to apply
