Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Level Clinic Coordinator to join our team in Hyderabad on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience and will be responsible for efficiently managing clinic operations and ensuring a seamless experience for patients and staff.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in electronic health records systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date patient information management.
  • Skilled in appointment scheduling software to optimize clinic appointments and reduce patient wait times.
  • Experienced in patient management software to maintain a smooth and efficient patient flow within the clinic.
  • Knowledge of billing and coding software to ensure accurate invoicing and maximize reimbursement capabilities.
  • Ability to work with insurance verification systems to confirm patient coverage and eligibility prior to appointments.
  • Strong communication skills (Mandatory skill) essential for coordinating among staff and communicating with patients effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Mandatory skill) crucial for handling daily administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Excellent time management (Mandatory skill) skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day clinic operations to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient handling of patient appointments.
  • Manage electronic health records, ensuring that patient data is accurately maintained and securely stored.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the clinic, serving as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers.
  • Assist in scheduling patient appointments and managing the clinic's calendar to optimize operations.
  • Handle patient inquiries and address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to service provision to prevent billing discrepancies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient information and adhere to all applicable regulations and guidelines.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth functioning of the clinic.
