Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic professional to take on the dual responsibility of
Clinic Manager
and
Hair Transplant Consultant
. This individual will ensure smooth clinic operations, deliver an exceptional patient experience, and actively drive sales & revenue growth through professional consultation and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Management:

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and support teams to maintain efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, protocols, and patient safety norms.
  • Manage scheduling, inventory, and vendor relationships.
  • Handle escalations, feedback, and ensure high patient satisfaction.
  • Proper & timely reporting.

Sales & Consultation:

  • Conduct professional consultations with prospective patients, understanding their concerns and recommending suitable hair transplant/treatment plans.
  • Educate clients on treatment options, expected results, procedures, and financial plans.
  • Build rapport and trust with patients to improve conversion rates.
  • Follow up with leads, inquiries, and past patients to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Work on marketing initiatives and collaborate with the sales team for promotions.

Qualifications & Skills:

. Minimum 2-4 + years of experience in clinic management, patient consultation, or sales (preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, or premium service industry).

. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value clients.

. Ability to multitask, lead a team, and drive operational excellence.

. Professional appearance and a customer-first approach.
