Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Clinic Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time role requires a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 3 years of work experience. As a Clinic Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless functionality while maintaining the highest standards of care and compliance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate robust leadership and organizational skills and possess a proven track record in managing healthcare settings.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong proficiency in healthcare administration aimed at optimizing clinic operations and patient satisfaction (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven experience in staff leadership to effectively manage a diverse team in a high-pressure environment (Mandatory skill).
  • Exceptional conflict resolution abilities to address and manage patient and staff concerns efficiently (Mandatory skill).
  • Solid understanding of electronic health records (EHR) systems to streamline patient data management and improve service delivery.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance to ensure clinic operations adhere to statutory regulations and standards.
  • Skill in financial management to oversee budget preparation, monitoring, and resource allocation effectively.
  • Experience with patient scheduling software to optimize appointment booking processes and enhance clinic workflow.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance processes to maintain and enhance clinical care and operational efficiency.
