Specific Job Responsibilities: Develop all preparation recipes to ensure consistency in produced items and portion control.

■ Prepare production schedule to meet operation's needs.

■ Select raw materials quality to meet the company's standards and update the approved brands list in coordination with the supply chain manager and the product development committee.

■ Monitor constantly complaints and develop items production to smooth the operation.

■ Monitor kitchen lines and preparations to ensure end products are issued as per standards and plate presentation set.

■ Recruit, in coordination with the HR department to have all positions fulfilled as needed

■ Implement all policies, processes and procedures in the company's kitchens.

■ Assist franchisees in kitchen development and kitchen personnel technical training.

■ Develop new items frequently and propose to product development committee to meet customers' needs adding value to the brand.

■ Document all new recipes after final validation.

■ Ensure proper implementation of new items locally and abroad.

■ Develop kitchen standards; raw material quality and portion control tools to always have product consistency.

■ Develop production processes to minimize human errors.

■ Monitor end products constantly to deliver quality products.

■ Restructure processes where repetitive exceptions and discrepancies appear

■ Implement HACCP standards in kitchens to ensure safe products to customers.

■ Monitor food safety practices constantly to meet standards

■ Develop and implement a training program for Kitchen Chefs

■ Develop a successor program for potential team members.

■ Coach and develop kitchen leaders to meet expansion needs.

■ Evaluate team members and propose needed trainings to fulfil gaps.

■ Increase communication and synchronization with operations and other management departments.

■ Undertake any other responsibility assigned by his/her Direct Supervisor.

Qualifications: ■ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.■ Must have the stamina to work 50 to 60 hours per week. ■ Have knowledge of restaurant management and food and beverage, generally involving at least 5+ years of front-of- the-house operations and restaurant management positions.

■ Proficient in MS Office, POS systems, and operational dashboards.

■Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area.

■ Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the restaurant's trading area

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
