- **Dishwashing**:

- Washing dishes, pots, pans, and other cooking utensils.
- Operating and maintaining dishwashing equipment.
- Sorting and organizing cleaned items in their designated storage areas.
- **Floor Care**:

- Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors regularly.
- Removing any spills promptly to prevent accidents.
- Keeping floor mats clean and in good condition.
- **Trash Removal**:

- Emptying trash bins and replacing liners regularly.
- Properly disposing of kitchen waste in accordance with hygiene and safety guidelines.
- **Storage and Organization**:

- Ensuring proper storage and organization of kitchen supplies, including food items, cleaning products, and utensils.
- Rotating food stock to prevent spoilage and waste.
- **Deep Cleaning**:

- Performing deep cleaning tasks on a scheduled basis, such as cleaning kitchen hoods, exhaust fans, and vents.
- Cleaning refrigerators and freezers regularly.
- Cleaning and sanitizing hard-to-reach areas.
- **Compliance with Health and Safety Standards**:

- Adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Following established cleaning procedures and protocols.
- Reporting any safety hazards or maintenance issues to supervisors.
- **Communication**:

- Communicating effectively with kitchen staff and management regarding cleaning needs and issues.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- **Adaptability**:

- Adapting to the specific cleaning requirements and protocols of the establishment.
- Handling additional cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisors or kitchen management.
- **Time Management**:

- Efficiently managing time to complete cleaning tasks within scheduled hours.
- Prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
