Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful
Kitchen Site Manager / Kitchen Relationship Executive

Who is  responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at designated Kitchen sites, ensuring smooth service delivery, efficient inventory management, and strong Kitchen relationship / client satisfaction. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and coordinate site staff effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Kitchen Operations Management:

  • Oversee kitchen processes and ensure all client orders are prepared and dispatched on time.
  • Ensure hygiene, food safety, and compliance with Frutta's quality standards.
  • Monitor daily kitchen outputs and resolve any issues related to food delays, shortages, or deviations.

Vendor & Relationship Handling:

  • Act as the key point of contact for partner kitchens.
  • Build and maintain healthy working relationships with all kitchen partners.
  • Handle escalations and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met consistently.

Site Performance & Compliance

  • Conduct regular audits and ensure kitchen sites follow operational SOPs.
  • Ensure kitchen staff are trained, compliant, and well-coordinated.
  • Maintain daily/weekly reports related to kitchen performance, wastage, and feedback.

Co-ordination & Communication:

  • Collaborate closely with Frutta's internal teams (logistics, procurement, client operations).
  • Provide regular updates and flag issues to the operations head as required.
  • Support in onboarding new kitchen partners and standardizing processes across sites.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in Food Tech, Hotel Management, or relevant field (preferred).
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and vendor management skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
