Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and versatile HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will not only support people-related processes but also manage accounts, payroll, invoicing, employee documentation, administration, and basic tech coordination. The ideal candidate should have a strong accounting/commerce background with excellent Excel skills, along with a passion for driving smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources

Partner with business leaders to implement HR policies and practices.

Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and exit processes.

Manage employee documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and personnel files.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Payroll Management

Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, including attendance, leave tracking, and statutory deductions.

Ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.

Coordinate with accounts/finance for reconciliations.

Accounts & Finance

Manage vendor payments, accounts receivable, invoicing, and petty cash.

Administration

Oversee office administration, facilities, and vendor coordination.

Manage procurement of office supplies, assets, and IT-related requirements.

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support leadership with MIS reports.

Technology Coordination

Liaise with external IT vendors for software, hardware, and system requirements.

Track and maintain office laptops, desktops, and licenses.

Support employees with basic tech troubleshooting.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com is mandatory).

24 years of experience in HR/Accounts/Admin roles (start-up/SME experience preferred).

Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting).

Knowledge of payroll management and statutory compliance.

Good knowledge of invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and vendor management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage cross-functional responsibilities.
