Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support payroll processing, time office operations, administrative tasks, and facility management. The role includes vendor coordination, housekeeping supervision, pest control monitoring, scrap sale record keeping, mediclaim coordination, contract labour compliance, and bill payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll management (salary processing, compliance, reimbursements, query handling)
- Time office management (attendance, leave tracking, monthly reports)
- Administrative support (onboarding, exit formalities, HR documentation, engagement activities)
- Facility & vendor coordination (housekeeping, pest control, scrap sales, bill payments, vendor management)
- Mediclaim coordination (employee claims, insurance provider follow-ups, records)
- Contract labour compliance (attendance, statutory compliance, documentation, audits)
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration (BMS – HR, MBA – HR, MLS preferred)
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in HR operations and facility coordination
- Proficiency in MS Office; HRMS/payroll software knowledge preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and compliance handling skills
Working Conditions
- Office-based role with regular coordination with external vendors and staff
- May require extended hours during payroll cycles, audits, or compliance deadlines
