Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in Mumbai. The role involves assisting with recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, documentation, and compliance, ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the recruitment process job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  2. Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files, HRIS data).
  3. Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
  4. Assist in drafting HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation, exit letters, etc.).
  5. Coordinate training & development programs and track participation.
  6. Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
  7. Support in executing employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
  8. Assist in preparing HR-related reports and MIS.
  9. Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  10. Provide administrative support to the HR team in daily operations.
