Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure financial sustainability and profitability while maintaining compliance with statutory requirements.

  • Team Building & Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing executive team and foster a strong, inclusive company culture.

  • Set performance objectives, provide mentorship, and promote professional development.

  • Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the primary spokesperson and representative of the company with investors, clients, partners, and government bodies.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support company objectives.

  • Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and corporate governance standards.

  • Regularly report to the Board on progress against strategic goals and financial performance.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior executive leadership role, preferably as CEO, MD, or COO.
  • Background in [insert relevant sectors e.g., construction, EPC, energy, or engineering projects].
  • Demonstrated success in scaling organizations, driving profitability, and managing complex projects.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L responsibility.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and lead teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
