Role Description
As a Customer Relationship manager, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to act as the primary point of contact for clients, from onboarding through project delivery. This role involves managing client relationships, understanding requirements, and ensuring seamless coordination with the architecture and design team. The Client Engagement Manager will be responsible for delivering a high-quality client experience while ensuring projects are executed on time and to specification.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Onboarding & Relationship Management
Enroll new clients, explain processes, and set expectations. Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams. Build long-term relationships through trust, communication, and follow-ups.
Project Coordination & Execution:
Translate client needs into actionable inputs for the architecture/design team. Coordinate with the Chairperson: Architectural for design approvals and directions. Work closely with subcontractors to align timelines and quality standards. Liaise with the finance team on project pricing, budgets, and payment schedules. Partner with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials to site. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and approvals. Facilitate smooth collaboration between clients, architects, and contractors.
Communication & Reporting:
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project status. Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly. Prepare progress reports and ensure documentation is updated.
Quality & Delivery Assurance:
Ensure client requirements are met within defined timelines and budgets. Conduct reviews with design teams to align on scope and quality standards. Collect client feedback and drive continuous improvement.
Additional Information:
Open Positions: One
Years of Exp: Min of 4 years in CRM role
Degree: MBA or equivalent.
Work exp in an architecture or interior design company is mandatory.
