About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to assist with payroll coordination, timesheet verification, invoice checks, attendance management and other HR operations activities. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, talkative, approachable, and enjoys being the go-to person for employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and verify employee
    timesheets
    , ensuring accurate hours, leaves, overtime, etc.
  • Coordinate with employees and managers to
    clarify discrepancies
    in timesheets.
  • Assist in
    invoice checking
    , validating billed hours and ensuring accuracy.
  • Support monthly
    payroll processing
    by preparing and maintaining required data.
  • Act as the
    first point of contact
    for employees for attendance, timesheet, and payroll-related queries.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all supporting documents are updated.
  • Support in day-to-day HR operations.

Skills & Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in
    HR operations
    ,
    payroll support
    , or
    timesheet coordination
    .
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers.
  • Excellent communication skills —
    talkative, friendly, and employee-facing
    personality.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (basic to intermediate).
  • Prior experience working with HRMS or payroll systems is an added advantage.
