  • Skilled in using Microsoft Project for managing timelines, resources, and tracking project progress efficiently.
  • Strong project management skills to oversee project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with client requirements and timelines.
  • Expertise in budgeting and financial management to maintain project budget controls and optimize resource allocation.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building codes and regulations to ensure project compliance with legal standards.
  • Experience in vendor and supplier coordination to ensure timely procurement and sourcing of materials and services.
  • Interior project coordinator expertise (Mandatory skill) is essential to lead and manage all interior design project activities effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with clients to understand their design needs and translate them into project plans effectively.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules including estimation of timing and tracking of progress throughout project execution.
  • Work closely with designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure cohesive execution of design plans.
  • Manage procurement processes including obtaining necessary licenses and materials, ensuring optimal cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure operations remain within allocated budgets and financial targets.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Prepare and present regular reports for stakeholders outlining project milestones, risks, and opportunities.
